According to observers of the Civil Network OPORA, huge crowds gathered in most premises of DECs in Chernihiv oblast during the transfer of ballots. The picture, taken by a long-term observer in district #207, could be also observed in the other election districts during the last two days

In District election commission of the election district #20 in Horokhiv city, vote count protocols from 3-4 PECs were stolen (the information in being specified)

Victor Paramonov (candidate for People's Deputy of the Party of Regions) in DEC 194, which is in Cherkasy, filed a claim to Cherkasy District Administrative Court on recognition of illegal omission of the district commission. 

Vote counting still continues at the district election commission of the electoral district No.21 in the town of Kovel.

Last night, at district election commission 197, which is in Kaniv of Cherkasy Oblast, Volodymyr Matiusha (a self-nominated candidate, member of the Party of Pensioners of Ukraine) while at the DEC took one of the protocols of the DEC from the table and wanted to eat it.  Fortunately, those present managed to take the protocol back already crumpled.

Last night, all members of the district election commission No.215 finally signed the final protocol, and it was forwarded to the CEC. It was preceded with the check of protocols of all the PECs as some members of the DEC refused to sign the victory of Svoboda member Andrii Illienko. This was reported by an OPORA observer.
