On the evening of November 2nd, an ambulance was called to help Olha Kozko, a Head of the district election commission #194 (center- Cherkasy city). Doctors have examined her and diagnosed with high blood pressure, and unsatisfactory cardiogram. Therefore, they decided to take Olha Kozko to the hospital, but the Head has hidden a stamp and safe keys and refused to give them to anyone. When ambulance personnel tried to take her out on a stretcher, people blocked the door inside. The police broke the door and the DEC was left without the light. Fortunately, the situation was peacefully solved: Olha Kozko was taken to the hospital and the stamp with keys were found.

The meeting was later conducted by a newly-chosen meeting head Vasyl Mykolenko, a member of the DEC #194 from the Ukrainian People's Party. After the Parliamentary results in the party-list voting were aired, everyone has signed the protocol, but it wasn't clear who is eligible to put a stamp. Therefore, the DEC has announced a technical break till the morning of November 3rd.

We remind, that the voting results was aired and the final protocol, according to which an MP candidate from Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian Union has won in the district, was signed.
