Yesterday night, DEC No.223 was adjourned. Today, after ten o'clock, they have resumed the meeting but they are working very slowly deliberately delaying the process. In this district, a desperate struggle is going on between the candidate of Svoboda Yurii Levchenko and self-nominated candidate Viktor Pylypyshyn.

In district No.10, one of the electoral commissions brought the box with all the documents not sealed.

At night of 29 October, all the observers present at the DEC meeting could see how, right at the meeting, Head of the precinct election commission No.480271 (Anetivka of Domanivka Raion) rewrote the protocol.  Similar cases could have been observed many times.

Protocols and ballots brought by almost every other PEC to district commissions DECs don't accept and send for revision. This is reported by OPORA observers who are currently at district election commissions observing the acceptance of protocols.

Head of the precinct election commission 321291 in the town of Irpin went to join the queue for the DEC. The counted ballots were locked up on the premises of School No.3, together with all the observers and commission members — people couldn't leave the station.

In the FPTP district 90 (town of Bila Tserkva), candidate Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Marchenko conflicted with members of the district election commission, and was forced to leave its premises.

Members of the PEC No.350931 brought their protocols to DEC No.99 first. However, the sugar bag which they brought the election documents in drew the attention, and then it turned our that all the protocols were stamped with the seal from DEC No.102!

An usual situation arose in the electoral district No.77, at station No.231087 — the observer of the All-Ukrainian Union Svoboda was informed by phone that her flat was being flooded.
