In Vinnytsia a voter took away the voting ballot from the polling station #051515 (constituency #11).
This information was received from the short-term observer of the Civil Network OPORA. After voting, Ruslan Vasyliovych Panchyshko dropped one ballot into the ballot box and quickly took the second one out of PEC.
The Head of the commission called the police. Representatives of the law enforcement agency still decide on the following actions. The address of the voter is known.
In accordance with the Law on Elections: "Stealing or hiding the voting ballot, referendum ballot, voting protocols, referendum commission protocols or ballot boxes, or unlawful destruction or damage of the ballot box are punishable with fines from 2 to 400 untaxed minimum incomes of citizens or with up to 2 years imprisonment, with deprivation of right to acquire certain posts or conduct certain kind of activities during up to 2 years".

OPORA observers will work in all 225 electoral districts, and 3,500 activists will join them on the voting day. Organization will use the latest means of spreading information on observation results, including infographics and interactive maps.
