Ivano-Frankivsk: Blank Ballots at Stations Where “Magic Pens” Were Found

OPORA observer reports that 39 blank ballots were recorded during the vote counting at the PEC in the village of Zarichchia of Nadvirna Raion. At PEC 261025 in Yaremche, where pens with disappearing ink were found, there are 23 blank ballots.

Let us remind that OPORA observers found pens with the ink that disappears 20 minutes after writing in them at three station in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. In Deliatyn, pens were located in voting booths, and in Yaremche, three pens were found in the hall next to the entrance to the PEC. It is likely that voters who came to vote without their own pens grabbed one of the planted ones.
