In the town of Yalta, during the visit to the PEC 011020 at 51 Moscowska Street, OPORA observers found no curtains on voting booths. This violation is contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine, which leaves the possibility to a voter to vote secretly.

In the last days before the elections, state bodies were attracted to the campaign in support of pro-power candidate in Zhyromyr city (single-member district #62)

On 22 October, the PEC in district #6 (Shcholkino city) was robbed. All computer equipment and web camera disappeared from the Precinct election commission placed in local palace of culture.

On 30 October at 11.30 in UNIAN information agency (Khreschatyk St, 4) will be held a press-conference of the Civil Network OPORA "Can the elections be recognized as legitimate?"

Last week, residents of the electoral district No.86 were handed out leaflets which stated that Bishop Emeritus of Ivano-Frankivsk Sophron Mudryi supported a self-nominated candidate in this district — Volodymyr Hrabovetskyi.

Local police officers of Uzhhorod Raion, in the villages, (single-member electoral district No.68) force members of precinct election commissions to stay on the premises of stations at night to guard video cameras installed there.

In Zhytomyr (single-member district #62), campaign leaflets on behalf of famous Zhytomyr citizens were distributed in support of a candidate and governor Serhii Ryzhuk.

Product sets from an MP candidate were disseminated in Olevsk (single-member ED #64). This fact was noticed by observers of the Civil Network OPORA.
