Around 11pm on 28 October, DEC of the ED No.170 received a phone call about the fire at Kharkiv School of the I-III levels No.97, situated at 5H Hvardiytsi Shyronintsi Street.  Head of the district commission of the ED No.170 Oleh Bondarenko was informed by phone that there was no threat for precinct commissions situated on the premises of school No.97.

The observer of the Civil Network OPORA who is working at the station No.590891 at School No.1 situated at 136 Kirov St reported that before the vote counting, commission members mixed the ballots from the small box with those from the fixed ones.

As it became known to OPORA, Head of PEC No.071070 (Lutsk Geriatric Home) didn't give copies of the protocols to the observers present having violated the law.

OPORA observer, as of 1am of 29 October, reports numerous violations in the process of transferring ballots and protocols to DEC No.85.

According to the OPORA observer who is monitoring the transfer of protocols from PECs to the DEC, district election commission No.83 (Ivano-Frankivsk) has just sent the protocols of three special PECs for revision.

OPORA observer reported that at PEC No.070702 (the village of Okonsk of Manevychi Raion), unused ballots bear a stamp opposite the party Sobor, and a significant amount (80 to 90%) of the ones used that are in the containers bear no such stamp.

OPORA observers found out that at the precinct commission of the village of Zaiachivka of Kovel Raion (ED No.21), electricity disappeared.

District election commission of the electoral district No.20 (Horokhiv) decided to accept all protocols of the precinct election commissions together.
