Awareness campaign for special elections of the President of Ukraine will be presented in Rivne

Studying the results of vote counting in the electoral district 155, OPORA observers found out that on the website of the Central Election Commission, strange manipulations aimed at increasing the gap between the pro-government and the opposition candidate are occurring.

In the electoral district 156, an agent, without the knowledge of the candidate of the Party of Regions, appealed to court with a request to dismiss without prejudice the claims on vote recount for eight stations. At the same time, in raions of the district, hearings on claims for gross violations of the election law on the election day and during the vote counting continue.

OPORA observer reported facts of gross violations of the election law, which became the ground for vote recount at one of the stations of district 155 (centre of the district — Dubrovytsia).

In Urveny village of Zdolbuniv rayon, opposition political forces have appealed to the court with a request to include around one hundred mental patients to the list of persons which vote at their place of residence

At the polling station #560670 in the district #153, the election commission membersplaced tables for commission members in a way to make it impossible for observers to observe the procedure of issuing ballots to voters.

In electoral district 153, members of the precinct election commission of the village of Novoukrayinka (No.560700) didn't allow the observer to participate in the first meeting.

In the village of Kotianka of the electoral district 154, members of the PEC wanted to start the voting procedure 10 minutes before the statutory period.

On 25 October, representatives of the youth wing of the party in power — members of Young Regions NGO — were handing out discount cards in Rivne. In exchange for the discount, they wrote down personal details of citizens and encouraged them to support adult members of the Party of Regions at the parliamentary election.

Dean of Hurby Monastery denied the information that a FPP candidate, Head of Dubno Raion State Administration Danylo Korylkevych donated ten thousand hryvnias for construction of the church.
