Observers from OPORA, UDAR and All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland were following a car with portable ballot boxes. According to observers, the car which was carrying ballot boxes has accelerated its speed suddenly. Instead of going to the certain address, commission members have turned to the by-street. Observers have demanded explanations later, but received an answer: "Because I wanted!"

According to observers, commission members visited only one apartment in the building where two citizens were supposed to vote.

On the way to the next address, observers' car was "cut" on its way by Daewoo next car. In other words, it prevented observers from following the car with ballots. Daewoo Next moved away only after the car of commission members was quite far away.

Journalists from leading channels and the police came to the PEC. They lodged a complaint about violation. OSCE observers are also going to come.

According to the excerpt from the voters' list of the station #800006, 49 people were supposed to vote at their place of residence.
