OPORA observer, as of 1am of 29 October, reports numerous violations in the process of transferring ballots and protocols to DEC No.85.

According to the OPORA observer who is monitoring the transfer of protocols from PECs to the DEC, district election commission No.83 (Ivano-Frankivsk) has just sent the protocols of three special PECs for revision.

OPORA observer reports that 39 blank ballots were recorded during the vote counting at the PEC in the village of Zarichchia of Nadvirna Raion. At PEC 261025 in Yaremche, where pens with disappearing ink were found, there are 23 blank ballots.
