Ivano-Frankivsk: Protocols of Special Stations Not Accepted in DEC No.83

According to the OPORA observer who is monitoring the transfer of protocols from PECs to the DEC, district election commission No.83 (Ivano-Frankivsk) has just sent the protocols of three special PECs for revision.

The protocol of PEC No.260961 (Oblast Psychiatric Hospital) wasn't properly packed into a special bag. The protocol of PEC No.260957 (City Maternity Hospital) had no seal. The protocol of PEC No.260957 (Oblast cardiology Centre) had no signature of the Head of the election commission.
