49,2% of the voters took part in the elections in Novovolyns’k  and  50,8% - in Luts’k.

CN “OPORA” recorded a number of law violations in the health care services, that are connected with paid services and charitable contributions paid in the hospitals. Very often the situation occurs, when the patients are told during the survey that they should pay for the certain service, for the film or the medicines. In fact, the majority of such payments should be only voluntary.

 The journalists of political TV program "Between the lines" (the channel "TET-Dnipropetrovsk") on October, 6th weren't allowed to come to the meeting of Dnipropetrovsk city election committee. The reason was the decree of the city mayor Kulichenko I.I. about the prohibition of video and photo devices in the city council". The territorial election committee is in the building of the city council. 

April 30, Sumy. The round table “Features of admissions to higher education in 2010: advantages and disadvantages” took place in the press center SumyNews. It was held by OPORA with the support of  International “Renaissance” Foundation. 

August 5 is the ending time for admission of the documents in Chernivtsi universities. Chernivtsi department of CN OPORA provides public observation of admissions in the two largest universities of the region: Chernivtsi National University of Yuriy Fedkovych and Bukovyna State Medical University.
