The deputies of the Kosiv district council finally became interested in what does the leadership of the council do. To hear the report of the chairman and deputies, the initiative group of 27 deputies convened an extraordinary session. Alas, there was no possibility to hear Ruslan Prysiazhnyy, the chairman of the council, and his first deputy, Svyatoslav Pertsovych.
