It doesn't mean that the opposition will win the general elections if it wins in Lviv oblast, but if it loses the elections in this region, it would mean that it will lose the elections in Ukraine. The same situation applies to the party in power, which will lose nothing, but will take everything if it wins.

What is peculiar about election campaign in the capital and how candidates can win votes of Kyiv citizens. Kyiv has a traditionally unique political micro climate. On July 5, the Civic Network OPORA made a presentation of its third monthly long-term observation report. The report focuses on incidents of administrative resource abuse, including officials conducting campaigns or engaging in pre-election campaign activities.
