As of 4:00 PM, voter turnout in in early election of Kryvyi Rih city mayor reached 44.9% (margin of error 1.1%). To compare, the voter turnout in 15 November 2016 regular election of Kryvyi Rih city mayor was 28% as of 4:00 PM.

Statement of OPORA concerning organized transportation of voters
OPORA's observers noticed that the voters were brought by buses to election precincts in an organized manner. The organization calls on law enforcement bodies to investigate into the fact of voter transportation, ordered by Kryvyi Rih City Association of Veterans, and determine the source of financing and whether it has signs of indirect voter bribery.

The list of candidates registered for mayoral race in Kryvyi Rih
Today, on 3 March, Kryvyi Rih City Election Commission has stopped registration of candidates for Kryvyi Rih City Mayor. Thus, City Election Commission has registered 15 candidates including 10 self-nominated and 5 representatives of political parties (Samopomich Union, Ukrainian Union of Patriots – UKROP, Narodnyi Kontrol Civic Movement political party, Serhii Kaplin's Party of Simple People, and Syla Liudei). There are 4 women and 11 men. Two nominees were rejected.

Misuse of administrative resources and offering material incentives to the voters – two major hazards for elections in Kryvyi Rih
On 6 November 2016, the early mayoral election campaign has started in Kryvyi Rih. Preparations for organization and conduct of elections, scheduled for 27 March, are made quite properly. However, the fact that some potential candidates started early campaigning is against the principle of equal opportunities for other participants of the election.
