The election headquarters of the Radical Party started to work in Kryvyi Rih. The fact that oblast headquarters was opened outside the oblast center became the only case recorded by the observers from OPORA in Dnipropetrovsk oblast since the observation campaign of Parliamentary elections 2012 was launched.

Karvatskyi Oleksandr Volodymyrovych was appointed as the Head of headquarters. In his interview with the observers of CN OPORA, he told that the Radical Party planned to nominate one candidate in single-member district # 37 in Dnipropetrovsk oblast. Most probably, it will be Danylenko Serhii Ivanovych, who is a Professor at Chair of International Information at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. He is also the author of two manuals, one monograph, more than 50 articles, and co-author of five monographs.

Although at the moment the Radical Party only distributes the black and white leaflets printed on the newsprint of A3 format, in the near future the headquarters will set up the campaign tents.

In this way the party tries to concentrate all its efforts only on one district out of 17 constituencies of the oblast.

Single-member district # 37 with center in Kryvyi Rih city includes parts of Inhulets (polling stations # 121620 – 121635, 121637) and Terniv (polling station # 121729) rayons of Kryvyi Rih city, and also Apostol, Kryvyi Rih, Sofiia, and Shyroke rayons. The total number of voters is 157 546. They mainly live in towns and villages.

Dmytro Shpenov is a potential candidate for the People’s Deputy from the Party of Regions in the district # 37.

We remind that this spring a scandalous leader of the Radical Party Oleh Liashko visited Kryvyi Rih. To protest the clandestine gaming business he has turned few slot machines upside down in one of the down town cafes.
