The district commission #194  in Cherkasy city has just signed and stamped two protocols  in a membership of 9 people. Therefore, they have entered into operation and determined the district's winner Mykola Bulatetskyi, an MP candidate from the Fatherland All- Ukrainian Union. The protocols have already been given to members of the DEC and placed on the stand. The commission is going to transfer them to the Central Election Commission now

On 3 November the court took a decision on the lawsuit filed by Oleksandr Marchenko on falsification of precinct election commissions' protocols in the election district #90

On Friday 1 November, at two am, the district commission of the electoral district No.21 adopted the protocol of vote counting on the district. So in the electoral district No.21, the winner is a self-nominated candidate Stepan Ivakhiv, who got 37,142 votes. The second is the candidate of the United Opposition Fatherland Ihor Huz, who got 36,306 votes.

Finally, members of the district election commission 194 (centre in Cherkasy) have just announced the information on voting and signed the final protocol, according to which Mykola Bulatetskyi, candidate for People's Deputy of the political party All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland won.

The Central Election Commission, at its meeting today, has replaced two more members (including the Secretary) of the district election commission No.197, which is in Kaniv of Cherkasy Oblast. 

Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal ruled to declare the acts of precinct commissions No.210198 (Osii, Irshava Raion) and No.210188 (Malyi Rakovets, Irshava Raion) unlawful. Relevant judgements were published in the online newspaper Mukachevo.net.
