On the night of November 4, officers of the State Motor Vehicle Inspectorate (GAI) two times prevented the UDAR activists from leaving Odessa in order to participate in a meeting near the CEC in Kyiv

It was reported by a correspondent of Vzgliad is Odessy online newspaper.

At first time, officers didn't let buses out on a pretext of not having special equipment which costs around 1 thousand dollars. Allegedly, it's not allowed to carry passengers without it at night – only after 6 am.

After 6 am the buses were stopped again, without any reason. After the DAI officers saw the camera, they declared that they didn't stop anyone.

Nevertheless, activists of the UDAR have reached Kyiv on regular buses, although with a small delay.
