Civil Network OPORA is surprised about the comment of MFA of Ukraine, published on the official web site of the Ministry on December 27, at 6:04pm. The comment concerns the assessment of repeated elections in 5 problematic districts. During repeated parliamentary elections in 5 single-member majoritarian election districts, observers of Civil Network OPORA conducted parallel vote tabulation. In districts #194 (Cherkasy city), #223 (Kyiv city), and #132 (Pervomaisk city), 100% of polling stations were covered by OPORA's activists. In district #94 (centered in Obukhiv city) – 63%; #197 (centered in Kaniv city) – 71%.

Observers of Civil Network OPORA have counted voters, active during repeated elections in five single-member districts, with the help of tally mechanical click counters. We remind that 600 activists were attracted to the observation campaign. They conducted parallel vote tabulation and provided online streaming from district election commissions during admission of protocols.

On December 16, Coordinator of the Civil Network OPORA in Kyiv oblast Ruslana Velychko detected two members of the PEC writing a clarifying protocol right near the DEC, but not on the meeting of their commission with all members present.

As of 4:00pm, the CEC has received 134 of 146 protocols of PECs in district #197.
