OPORA's observers report that at PEC #800979 (school #106) three people did not manage to vote because their ballot papers were already used earlier by some other people. PEC members issued a protocol on election law violation. 

Two buses with policemen were parked behind the DEC #94. They are staying there, not leaving the buses.  

During the voting process at PEC #801009 (school № 1), a head of commission noticed that a voter took a ballot paper away from the polling station. Although, she did not manage to prevent the violation. 

Observers of Civil Network OPORA have noticed campaigning materials of MP candidate Viktor Pylypyshyn on pillars near the DEC #223 (Scherbakova st.), near the PEC #801010 (School #199), and PEC #801037 (School #175).

OPORA observers are conducting parallel turnout tabulation during repeated parliamentary elections. OPORA have compared official data and tabulation results provided by its observers. At 4:00pm, the CEC has promulgated the voter turnout in district #194, which is 0.9 % higher than OPORA's.

In Vasylkiv city (Kyiv oblast), OPORA observer has noticed in the PEC 321275 that a voter tried to take the ballot out of the PEC, saying that he needs to call his wife. Guard of the PEC had detained the transgressor, after what he managed to put his ballot in ballot box.

According to OPORA's observers, a list of voters at PEC #801025 in Kyiv (dancing school), who will vote at the polling station, was corected in the morning on December, 15 and was finally formed at 8 am. A full list comprised 2 343 people. Based on the information about the voters living at the area covered by the station #801025, PEC decided to exclude three people from the list beacuse they were registered outside the area covered by the polling station.

Observer of Civil Network OPORA has reported that in the PEC #321335, at 3:30pm, a "representative of Liashko" appeared, and started loudly urging everybody to vote for MP candidate Andrii Lozovyi. In results of observers' initiative, members of the PEC have drawn up the protocol of electoral law violation, after what the "representative" has escaped safe.
