"Governors, as well as heads of oblast or raion state administrations shouldn't be appointed by the President. It is public prosecutor's responsibility to represent interests of the President in the regions. He shall watch the implementation of President's decrees and government's resolutions," – the presidential candidate Oleh Tiahnybok has stated during meetings with voters in Korosten, on April 8.

Leader of AUU Svoboda has repeated once more that Ukraine should be the presidential-parliamentary republic, and the President should also be Prime-Minister. Besides that, the Ukraine needs the law securing impeachment of the President. Tiahnybok has told about strategy of the Svoboda party, economic reform program, combating corruption, the "fifth column", and communists.
