Members of the PEC in scandalously known district #223 in Kyiv violate the law and treat observer with disrespect.

 On 25 May, near the "Pryvokzalnyi" market, OPORA's observers have noticed billboard with campaigning material of Dmytro Yarosh. The billboard depicts his business card.

Elections in village of Novi Petrivtsi (Vyshgorod raion in Kyiv oblast) have started with an incident. Commission members have left the seal in a room and went to another room – to seal ballot boxes. When OPORA's advanced a remark, they only laughed.

Typical violations in Kyiv:  early opening of the safe, obstruction to activities of observers, absence of people in electoral lists.

 According to the information provided by observers of a joint monitoring campaign of the Donetsk Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civic Network OPORA, 15 of 22 district election commissions are not functioning in Donetsk oblast as of 9am.

In Dnipropetrovsk the correspondent of the Tochka OPORY newspaper is not allowed to enter the polling station #121481, Ihrynskyi correctional center #133, which is situated on 5 Behtereva Street, Samarskyi rayon.The corresponded was asked to present the permit from the Penitentiary Service.

In the morning of May 25, at the polling station #896, which is situated on 13 Kharkivska Street (electoral district #159), it occurred that the number of voting ballots for the Presidential elections and for the elections of Sumy city Mayor differed dramatically. Namely, the polling station received 30 voting ballots less than needed for the local elections. At the same time they have even extra ballots for the Presidential elections.
