Yuliia Tymoshenko was the first presidential candidate who visited Khmelnytsk. She spoke in front of students, officers and teachers the of the National Academy of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, answered the questions of journalists at press-conference, gave an interview to local TV channels, and appealed to the people from stage, specifically established at Maidan Nezalezhnosti.
