On 13 May 2014, from 2pm to 4pm, in the conference hall of the 7 Dniv newspaper (7 Days), located in Rivne, 2 Poshtova St. (2 floor), Civil Network OPORA and Committee of Voters of Ukraine will present the awareness campaign for special elections of the President of Ukraine, scheduled for 25 May 2014.

May 8 is a deadline for the transference of preliminary voter lists and personal invitations to precinct election commissions of regular polling stations. It means that the voters can go to polling stations and check whether they are included in voter lists since May 9.

On 12 May 2014 at 2pm in Vinnytsia city, at the address 7 Chervonykh Partyzaniv St. (Municipal civil center of electronic governance), Civil Network OPORA and Committee of Voters of Ukraine will present the awareness campaign for special elections of the President of Ukraine, scheduled for 25 May 2014.

If you will be far from your voting address (residential registration) on the voting day, but want to use your voting right during snap election of the President of Ukraine scheduled for 25 May 2014, you are welcome to follow OPORA's advice. According to the Article 7(3) of the Law of Ukraine on the State Register of Voters, citizens of Ukraine have the right to temporarily (for the election day) change the voting place (polling station) without changing the voting address.

The budget of special elections of the President of Ukraine, scheduled for 25 May 2014, is 1 billion 174 million 800 thousand UAH. It includes campaigning expenses (placards, TV debates etc.) in amount of 6,456,960.00 UAH, and 824,320.00 UAH for the conduction of the second round.
