A citizen of Ukraine was detained by police at the polling station #9 in Kyiv
At the Polling Station #9 of Election District 218 in Obolonsky rayon of Kyiv, a stranger, who was not registered as a voter at this polling station, went to the voting booth and posted a piece of paper calling to "Vote against all".
Immediately, he was detained by election commissioners. At this point, the police is working there and the detainee gives explanation of his deeds. The police do not know how to qualify the infringement of the law: as breach of public order or campaigning on Election Day.
