Observers of the Civil Network OPORA who monitor elections in Kyiv, report:
At the Polling Station #76 of Election District 221, which is in Sviatoshynsky rayon of Kyiv city, a commissioner was giving out 10 ballots in a pack to voters instead of one.
According to OPORA observers, this 18-year-old commissioner, who represented the Presidential candidate Liudmyla Souproun, managed to give out packs of total 20 ballots to two voters.
When other commissioners noticed that, they sealed the ballot box, into which voters had cast ballots, compiled a violation act and called the police.
The police interrogated the commissioner.
Voting at the polling station goes on.
