At 8 PM, the voter turnout in Ukraine's local elections was 46.5%.

Number of violations detected by OPORA's observers during the last four hours of the voting process (from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) remains stably low. Thus, they are not going to have a decisive effect on election outcomes, as well as do not give any reasons to question election results on this stage of election process.

The voting is being held in a regular mode, without significant abuses or planned wide-scale violations which can influence election results. Despite the number of detected violations (according to statistics) is low, tendencies that appeared in first voting hours are still there as of 4:00 PM.   

At 4 PM, the voter turnout in Ukraine's local elections was 36.2%.

  As of 12:00 PM, observers of the Civil Network OPORA reported some procedural violations that cannot be characterized as planned or systematic.  

  At 12 PM, the voter turnout in Ukraine's local elections is 18.5%.
