On 16 November at 10:30 a.m., Civil Network OPORA holds a press conference dedicated to the course of election day in the second round of mayoral elections. The event will be held in the UNIAN Information Agency (4 Khreshatyk St., Kyiv).

According to the data gathered by OPORA's observers, deployed to polling stations selected by a representative sampling, the nationwide voter turnout as of 4:00 PM of November 15 is 34% (margin of error ±1.1%). It should be mentioned that the turnout was higher in 12.6% on 25 October – 46,6% (margin of error ±1.1%).

The voting process continues without major abuses, non-typical incidents and systematic violation of the Law. The number of violations detected by observers of Civil Network OPORA as of 4:00 PM remains low, and tendencies reported before midday remain stable. Violation of the voting secrecy, particularly when a voter intentionally discloses his/her choice or takes a picture of marked ballot paper, is the most widespread violation reported by observers.

According to the data gathered by OPORA's observers, deployed to polling stations selected by a representative sampling, the nationwide voter turnout as of 4:00 PM of November 15 is 26.4% (margin of error ±0.9%). It should be mentioned that the turnout was higher in 9.6% on 25 October – 36% (margin of error ±0.7%).

  As of 12:00 PM, the voting process corresponds to law requirements and procedures. There are no significant violations or conflict incidents noticed by OPORA's observers. Although observers have noticed some minor violations, their number is much less than on 25 October 2015.

According to the data gathered by OPORA's observers, deployed to polling stations selected by a representative sampling, the nationwide voter turnout as of 12:00 PM of November 15 is 12.8% (margin of error ±0.7%). It should be mentioned that the turnout was higher on 25 Octover – 18.5% (margin of error ±0.7%).

According to OPORA's observers deployed to a number of polling stations representative for the whole country, 11.5% of precinct election commissions in Ukraine started preparatory meetings earlier than 7:15 AM.
