From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, the regular local elections in Krasnoarmiisk and Mariupol (Donetsk oblast) are held in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Local Elections and all the established procedures. Official observers of Civil Network OPORA and Donetsk Oblast Cell of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine haven't noticed any major violations.

Violation of the voting secrecy was detected only at 1% of election precincts in Mariupol and didn't occur in Krasnoarmiisk. At the same time, the voters have tried to take pictures of their ballot papers at 1% of election precincts in Mariupol, what is against the effective legislation. In Krasnoarmiisk, however, such incidents didn't occur.

It should be mentioned that number of such violations is substantially lower on 29 November than was on 25 October and 15 November. For example, during the repeated voting on 15 November, voting secrecy violations occurred at 5% of polling stations, and on 25 October 2015 – at 4.3% polling stations.

There were no attempts to issuance of ballots without passport verification in Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk. On 25 October, however, such violations were detected at over 14% of polling stations, and at 0.4% of polling stations on 15 November.

OPORA's observers and Donetsk Oblast Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine jointly cover 100% of election precincts in Krasnoarmiisk and 50% in Mariupol chosen by a representative sampling.

Voter turnout in Krasnoarmiisk and Mariupol is 15.2 and 15% respectively as of 12 pm – data is gathered by observers
