From 12 pm to 4 pm of 29 November, there were no voters trying to take pictures of ballot papers, no attempts to issue ballots without passport verification, and no ballot-box stuffing in both Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk. However, violation of the voting secrecy was noticed at 1% of polling stations in Mariupol (voting outside a booth).
Observers have noticed minor procedural violations at 12.8% polling stations in Mariupol and 5.6% in Krasnoarmiisk. The number of minor procedural violations in Mariupol was slightly higher than the same percentage on 25 October at a nationwide scale (11.0% polling stations in Ukraine).
OPORA's observers and Donetsk Oblast Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine jointly cover 100 % of election precincts in Krasnoarmiisk and 50% in Mariupol chosen by a representative sampling.
