Activists of the Communist Party of Ukraine are holding in Kirovohrad so-called "People's Referendum" - an opinion poll concerning certain spheres (medicine, education, economics or politics). The poll is conducted in campaigning tents in the form of a questionnaire - the citizens have to answer nine questions and give their personal data: full name, address and other contact data.

CPU (the Communist Party of Ukraine) leader Petro Symonenko held a meeting with voters on 18 July in Kherson. OPORA representatives discovered that predominantly students and pensioners from Novorontsovsk rayon of Kherson oblast were present on the square in front of administrative building of Oblast state administration.

Anonymous bill boards with Russian language propaganda have appeared in Mykolaiv oblast in early July, saying in Russian: "780 thousand citizens of Nikolaev region speak Russian. So do we need the Russian language?" On the congress of the Party of Regions (PR) on 14 July, Mykhailo Kruhov, who is the Head of Mykolaiv oblast state administration and the Head local branch of the PR, had accidentally said: "these bill boards will hang as long as we need" (see video).
