During the International Conference on June 23 participants will assess the quality of electoral reform ongoing in Ukraine, and discuss an action plan directed to organization of democratic local elections in autumn 2015. The focus of the conference is electoral law innovations, compliance with the international obligations of Ukraine (EU, Council of Europe, OSCE), and security factors that influence the election and its outcome. The registration to the conference is open until June 22.
