On 24 July 2015, at 12:30 p.m. in the UNIAN Information Agency (4 Khreshatyk St., Kyiv), a press-conference titled "Two days before the elections: situation in Chernihiv, electoral violations, and preliminary results of OPORA's monitoring campaign" will be held by the Civil Network OPORA.

  Today, a group of young men started a fight right at Expert Opinion press-center during press-conference of Oleh Liashko. According to the witnesses, men attacked MP candidate in district #205 Oleksii Durniev, who had argued with MP Oleh Liashko.  

  Headquarters of the MP candidate Serhii Berezenko, nominated by the Solidarity Petro Poroshenko Block in district #205 has been actively concluding so-called social agreements with Chernihiv citizens for already few months. Opponents of Serhii Berezenko, particularly Hennadii Korban, have repeatedly affirmed that Chernihiv citizens receive 400 UAH after signing a social agreement.  

  On 19 July, in the morning, the Patriot Chernihova newspaper without an imprint was distributed, containing information aimed to discredit activities of MP candidate Serhii Berezenko, nominated in SMD #205, and his headquarters.

Approximately at 3 p.m. on Saturday in Chernihiv, Hetmana Polubotks St., another political conflict has burst out similar to the incident covered by the OPORA when money, cartridges and lists of campaigners of Serhii Berezenko were found in a car. These premises were registered before as public reception of ex MP of Ukraine Valerii Kulich from the PPB, who is the Head of Chernihiv Oblast State Administration now. City planning rules are violated again in Chernihiv. This time, OPORA's representatives have noticed leaflets stuck on poles and buildings of city center, promoting MP candidate in SMD #205 Andrii Mishchenko (nominated by the All-Ukrainian Union Svoboda political party).

On 16 July, at about 8:00 p.m., representatives of Hennadii Korban have blocked and encircled a Toyota Camry (registration number АА 7111 ОМ) near an ‘Eko-market’ supermarket located at Rosokovskoho St.  

  The CEC has approved statements of withdrawal filed by 36 MP candidates, including Dmytro Blaush nominated by the Radical Party, and Yurii Tarasovets affiliated in the UDAR party. Besides that, an updated version of ballot paper was approved comprising 91 surnames.
