OPORA's observers continue monitoring the compliance of election process with the law in the second round of mayoral election in 7 cities of Ukraine (Lutsk, Odesa, Sumy, Kherson, Kamyanets-Podilskyi, Kramatorsk, Ukrainka).

In the first hours of the second round in seven cities of Ukraine, the election process had low voter turnout, but held in accordance with legal procedures and in a conflict-free atmosphere.

On 15 November 2020, the second round of mayoral election is being held in Lutsk, Odesa, Sumy, Kherson, Kamyanets-Podilskyi (Khmelnytsky oblast), Kramatorsk, Ukrainka (Kyiv oblast).
