As of 4:00 PM May 25 the observers of the Civil Network OPORA reported that the most widespread violations of the electoral procedures remain the attempts of the PEC members to issue the ballots to voter without checking their IDs and voters' attempts to vote without sufficient grounds. However, even these incidents are small in numbers and were reported only at 13,1% and 11,1% of polling stations accordingly.

Volyn oblast branch of the Civil Network OPORA appeals to the precinct and district election commissions and call them to fully comply the electoral legislation, namely to give the observers the copies of vote counting protocols.

During the Presidential elections in Donetsk oblast terrorist groups and unlawful paramilitary units deprived up to 81,8% form the general number of voters who live in the region of their right to vote. This information came from the observers of the joint monitoring campaign of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and the Civil Network OPORA in Donetsk.

As of 12am, OPORA's observers have noticed that the most common violation of election procedures is attempt to issue ballot papers without passport verification by members of PECs, and attempts to vote without having legal right. Such incidents are reported in 7.3% and 6.8% respectively

According to OPORA's observers, heads if PECs in some electoral districts have informed that they will not give them copies of protocols on vote count.

The Head of Precinct election commission #710996 (Cherkasy city) has refused to give observers copies of protocols, explaining that they need these copies themselves.

  In PEC #480879 (district #129), commission members forgot to seal 15 ballots. The information was reported by an observer of Civil Network OPORA.

In polling station #70669 (village of Mala Osnytsia, Manevychi raion), a voter have informed that he was proposed 300 UAH if he voted for Serhii Tihipko, nominated for the President of Ukraine.
