The Parliament of IX convocation has had 100 days in power on December 6. Thus, MPs have registered 885 bills over this period of time, 94 of which were adopted. They have pressed the voting button almost 500,000 times. There are faction leaders among "rebels", and the faction in power excluded three MPs from the party.

Peculiarities of electoral system for parliamentary elections

Civil Network OPORA calls on the Committee for Organization of Public Administration to summon an additional meeting in order to eliminate critical shortcomings in the text of Electoral Code before its second review in the Parliament. The provisional voting for the document is planned in the Verkhovna Rada during the plenary week of December, 3 - 6.

Before the review of the Electoral Code in the second reading, Civil Network OPORA hereby accentuates the focus of the people’s deputies of Ukraine on the need to provide for full conformity of its provisions with the democratic standards of elections and the Constitution of Ukraine.

The Central Election Commission has announced it accepts propositions to the procedure of temporary change of voting location. Experts from the Civil Network OPORA have developed a number of improvements, which will further simplify this process for the voters.
