As of 12:00 PM, observers of the Civil Network OPORA reported some procedural violations that cannot be characterized as planned or systematic.   

Blank protocols, unstamped control sheets in the ballot boxes, and photocopying of ballot papers at the ED #27.

The four voters from Donetsk city came under the fire from Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) militants. The incident was reported to the observers of the joint monitoring campaign of DOO of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civil Network OPORA by the Donetsk city inhabitants.

The Network OPORA observers have reported several incidents of voters trying to carry ballot papers out of the voting premises.

  As a candidate for People’s Deputy reports, the buses with the candidate Mykola Onul’s people travel around the city while the other candidate Stanislav Berezkin makes announcements on provocations with “titushki”.  

Mass-scale violations concerning the incidents of larger than permitted by the Law number of the ballot papers reported at the special PECs of the #133 DEC.

The OPORA observer in the ED# 88 reports that at the PEC #261013 the commission members filled data to the vote tabulation protocols while voting was still under way.

The OPORA observer was not allowed to enter the premises of the DEC in the morning at the ED  #66 with the center in the city of Malyn.
