Report Based on the Results of Observation of Electoral Process in the Second Round of Presidential Election in Ukraine Scheduled for April 21, 2019
In April 2019, the election campaigns of presidential candidates Volodymyr Zelensky and Petro Poroshenko were marked by high level of competitiveness and escalating confrontation. Candidates for the post of President of Ukraine made quite active use of mass media, social network services and outdoor advertising media for campaigning purposes.
