On 26 October at 9:00 AM, the militia detained a group of individuals in district 217 (Obolon district of Kyiv city), who introduced themselves as the "Obolon district civic guard", and invited them to the district department to establish their identities.

On 26 October in the morning, law enforcement bodies detained a group of 15 athletic-looking young men, who introduced themselves as the "Obolon district civic guard", right next to the premises of District Election Commission #217 (32a Heroiv Dnipra St., Kyiv city). According to the Deputy Head of the Public Safety Department at Obolon District Department, the militia invited them to the District Department to establish their identities. All operative groups were ordered to watch suspicious groups of people.

We remind that the "Obolon district civic guard" was created on October 8 to patrol the district, initiated by a self-nominated candidate in district #217 Vadym Stolar.
