27 young people came to the DEC #197 and stood in front of the building with posters saying "For fair elections", "No to Falsifications". Girls and boys are standing silent. As they say, they represent youth of Cherkasy oblast, who decided to demonstrate their position.
At the same time they do not want to speak to journalists. Only one of them agreed to give a short interview for the Channel 5.
Distinct election commission was not much satisfied with the young people standing with posters and started to question them. DEC members are saying that these people came to Kaniv by the same bus.
In the evening, DEC increased the number of policemen guarding at the building to 8 person. There is also an armed policeman standing at the entrance. Moreover, special division "Griffon" are also guarding the DEC as well civillians standing nearby policemen.
As of 9:25 pm members of the PEC #710308 came already, but the DEC meeting has not started yet.
