In Hlevakha town (Vasylkiv raion, Kyiv oblast), a large number of young people, who are the students of Vocational-Technical School in Irpin city, are present in the PEC #320288. Due to their places of registration, these citizens don't have the right to vote either in this polling station, or in the whole district #94.
Young men are coming only to the first or the last table where ballot papers are issued (which don't contain the list of streets and houses, belonging to this district), and receive ballots for voting. However, members of the PEC refuse to issue ballot papers if observers or other members of the PEC are standing near.
MP candidate Kuzmenko Valerii Volodymyrovych is staying near the PEC with a group of people.
Observers called the Operative group of MIA of Ukraine to record the violation.
