Mass creation of Condominiums could essentially improve the situation of housing and communal services in Ukraine. It’s long time since large-scale plans were announced, but practice showed that there are too many obstacles on the way of Condominiums’ creation made by the government itself. What stands on the way of responsible owners and how this problems may be solved? Guests of the program "Open studio" of Ukrainian radio – the leader of housing programs of the Civil Network OPORA Tetiana Boiko and the President of the NGO "Kyiv center for Condominium development", councilor of the Minister of regional development construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine; deputy head of Coordination board on Condominiums and HBSs in Kyiv under the KCSA Dmytro Korchak – tried to find an answer to this question.
