On May 25 in Rubizhne ( Lugansk region) the Resource center for condominiums was opened This became possible due to the Municipal Heating Reform Project (USAID), Local Development Institute (MDI) with OPORA.
The ceremony was visited by Mayor of Rubizhne Kostyantyn Kzyuberda, the delegate from Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, and representatives of local authorities, condominiums, Luhansk branch of the Association of cities of Ukraine, the project LINK.
During the opening ceremonies there were speeches of the delegates from LDI Victoria Pohoryelova and Dmytro Levytskyy and head of utility programs in OPORA Tetyana Boyko.
After the grand opening of the Resource Center there was a round table discussion "Cooperation between state and society to develop condominiums in Rubizhne" and training for trainers of the Resource Center to work with condominiums in Rubizhne, which was attended by 19 people (from the cities Rubizhne, Alchevsk, Severodonetsk, Pavlograd, Poltava).
