According to the data from OPORA’s observers, the voter turnout as of 12:00 on 21 April presidential election in Ukraine in 25.3% with margin of error 0.7%.

Regional turnout with margin of error 1.4%

Central regions 26.7%

Eastern regions 29.7%

Southern regions 28.2%

Western regions 18.4%

To compare, the voter turnout as of 12:00 was 24% in the first round.
