The event is dedicated to the issues of ensuring transparency of campaigning and broad voter information in the foreign electoral district during the first post-war elections in Ukraine, with a focus on the requirements and limitations of European legislation and policies of digital platforms as the main platform for communication with Ukrainians abroad. Particular attention will be paid to the challenges of advocacy to digital platforms to take into account the local context of Eastern European countries that do not have local representation of big tech companies in the country.
