ANNOUNCEMENT
On Friday, 15 July, at 11:30 in the press-center of UNIAN Information Agency (4 Khreshatyk St., Kyiv) Civil Network OPORA is holding a press-conference on observation results of 17 July 2016 by-election of MPs in 7 single-member districts.
Thus, OPORA's representatives will tell:
- which candidates conducted noticeable activities in their districts;
- which election law violations and conflicts were detected by observers;
- whether obstruction to activities of candidates and their representatives occurred;
- whether election commissions function openly and transparently at all levels;
- whether law-enforcement bodies conduct preventive and awareness activities and properly respond to statements and appeals concerning violations of electoral legislation;
- whether proper conditions for the election are provided.
