On 25 October, observers of Civil Network OPORA were present in all polling stations of three oblast centers during the voting and PVT process. Thus, OPORA has developed a unique information system on the basis of PVT data.

You may learn about the results of vote count and voter turnout for elections in Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Kharkiv. Thus, every city has the following information available divided into categories “City Mayor” or “City Council”:

  • “Total results” – rating of all mayoral candidates or political parties to the corresponding councils in percentage.
  • “Voting results at polling stations” – number of votes gained by every candidate or political party at a certain polling station.

We would like to mention that the data is in red color for polling stations where significant violations occurred or if there are reasons to distrust vote count results. The data is in white if there is no information for a polling station.

We would also like to invite you to see the Election Analysis providing statistics for voter turnout and election results per mayoral candidates or party in election to city council. Information is provided in a form of diagrams. The density of dots shows “specific” polling stations (their dots are different from most of other diagrams), which require special attention to voting results.

Parallel vote tabulation is an independent obseon rvation methodology used by OPORA to provide unbiased information about accuracy of official results in mayoral and city council elections in Kharkiv, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk. The data was received on-line from observers of the Civil Network OPORA, who were watching the voting process and vote count at every polling station in these cities, and conducted parallel vote tabulation. The parallel vote tabulation data was taken directly from preliminary vote count protocols.

We would like to remind that OPORA has prepared various unique instruments which will help you to follow the election campaign and make a conscious choice.
