OPORA has noticed that MPs are present at polling stations of district #205. These were the following MPs: Anotolii Matviienko, Andrii Pavel, Yurii Solovei, and Maksym Kurchyi from the Petro Poroshenko Block, as Valerii Dubil from the Batkivshchyna.

Thus, Civil Network OPORA would like to remind MPs that Article 34 of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine establishes a complete list of individuals who can be present at a polling station on the voting day without any permit or approval of the corresponding commission. MPs are not included in this list. Thus, they can be present only at polling station where they are registered to vote, and only during the time necessary to cast the vote.

Polling station #740097: MPs Kuriachyi, Pavelko, and Matviienko from the PPB have arrived. According to the MPs, they visit polling stations, inspect the premises and talk to commission members. MPs were staying at the polling station for 15 minutes.

According to the Article 34 of the Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, only the following persons shall be entitled to be present at meeting of a district or precinct election commission, as well as during vote count and tabulation on the voting day at polls, without any permit or invitation of the respective committee: members of the higher level election commissions; MP candidates, their proxies, and authorized persons of the parties (no more than one person per party or candidate); official observers of a party, candidate, or non-governmental organization (no more than one person per party, candidate, or non-governmental organization); 4) official observers from foreign states and international organizations; 5) mass media representatives (no more than two persons from per media organization). All the other individuals can attend commission meetings only after receiving a permit or invitation from this commission. The decision to issue permit or invitation is taken during commission meeting. Presence of persons not listed in Part three of this Article at the election precinct during the voting or at a meeting of the election precinct during vote counting and tabulation of voting results shall be prohibited.
