According to representatives of CN OPORA, observing by-election in district #205, election commission at polling station #741027 (4 Henerala Bielova St.) has violated the Law when interrupted the voting process so that a new commission member (deputy head) could take an oath.
OPORA would like to emphasize that such actions of the commission are against the Law of Ukraine on the Election of People's Deputies of Ukraine. According to the Article 85(1), the voting shall be held on the day of voting from 8:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. without any breaks.
