In district #50 (Donetsk oblast, centered in the city of Krasnoarmiisk), abnormal turnout was reported at some polling stations. An extremely high voter turnout was noticed at some PECs in the city of Dymytriv. For example, the record-breaking turnout at polling station #140753 – 90%. At the same time, voter turnout at the polling station #140752, located at the same address, is also very high – 75.67%.

The total voter turnout in the city of Dymytriv is 75.7%. However, voter turnout in other cities of this district is twice lower. In particular, in Dobropillia — 38.3%, in Biletske — 39%, Bilozerske — 35.62%. Such information was reported by observers of a joint monitoring campaign of the Donetsk Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civil Network OPORA.

It should be mentioned that MP candidate Yevhenii Hellier wins at polling stations with abnormal turnout. Headquarters of Leonid Bairasov announced that they are going to appeal against voting results to the court.

"We have already reported the situation to the police and collect proofs of violations in Dymytriv. Besides that, we noticed the same problem at polling stations in Dobropillia raion and in Krasnoarmiisk. We have original protocols on vote count from these precinct commissions. According to these protocols, Bairasov wins in these PECs, but Hiellier is announced as a winner on website of the CEC. District Election Commission is still working behind a closed door, and we cannot take copies of protocols which they send to the CEC," — headquarters of Leonid Baisarov inform.

OPORA's observers have reported earlier that ballot box stuffing was detected in Dymytriv. According to eyewitnesses, a group of military men arrived to polling station #140754 during the vote count. They took all observers, journalists, and commission members from PEC premises under the pretext that the commission was mined. After military men left the polling station, observers noticed that quantity of ballots in ballot boxes has significantly increased.

Besides that, the DEC #50 took a decision to remove all observers from the premises before its continual meeting on 26 October. The premises were encircled by the military men.
